Regulatory Directive on the Application of Fixed Charge

The Commission has issued Directive No. LERC/RD/01/2026 to all licensed electricity operators in Liberia, requiring them to take appropriate action where an operator fails to supply electricity to a customer for a continuous period of one (1) month or more.
