Amended Micro Utility Licensing Regulations 2026

In accordance with Section 3.3 of the 2015 Electricity Law of Liberia (ELL), the Liberia Electricity Regulatory Commission (LERC) is empowered to issue regulations to implement the provisions of the Law. Accordingly, the Commission has prescribed the Amended Micro Utility Licensing Regulations, which was recently gazetted in July 2026:
